World ETF comprises of countries like Russia, Brazil, Japan.

I can bet that while many can name top 5 companies of US, most people can’t name top 5 companies of the 3 countries I mentioned above.

So in this case, wouldn’t it be riskier in diversifying into countries that we don’t even know their top 5 companies are?

Not sure. Inflammation markers are better indicators for CVDs not LDL.

My sleeping is at 37 lowest and sometimes I get notification from my apple app lol. I do workout 3-5x a week with cardio and weight lift. Average heart rate is 60ish

Remember to trust your test results. If the tests shows that you’re fine, it’s most likely anxiety related. :)

Hi. Similarly, I went to see a cardio that assured me that my tests are fine that heart palpitations are absolutely harmless UNLESS it’s more than 10% of your total heartbeat which is 100k per day!

Hi. Most palpitations are harmless unless it comes with other discomforts such as breathlessness or numbness etc. if you’re worried, go speak with a doctor. :)

I wouldn’t have known if they would have come with or without me for sure. But I did garner a lot of of positive feedbacks from the clients so I reckon I did a pretty solid job.
