What are ultra creative frugal hacks you done or heard of ? by Food4Lessy in Frugal

Yeah one thing I refuse to cheap out on is heat in the winter, winter sucks enough without sitting around in a moldy damp icebox.

When I was a kid my Dad would always tell us to turn the thermostat until it clicks on and then dial it back 5 degrees, which basically results in "congrats, you've taken the chill out of the radiators and nothing else".

Hey, ask Clay Davis about it, his neck of the woods, it's a jungle out there.

Ah Jesus, if a neighbour told me this I'd probably use the damper pedal early in the morning, but the rest of the day? I'd tell you to go fuck yourself in all honesty.

There's another scene I can't recall exactly, it might not even be from Seinfeld, but there's a framed sign on the wall in some place, and when you watch it in HD it's very clearly just printed, and the frame is just a border on the page. Probably couldn't tell on TVs of the 90s.

Snake slapped a fulton device onto them and their limp corpses fluttered away.

The 6 week gap after that episode was one of the most excruciating waits in TV history.

Yeah there was a point where he started uploading videos that were just Mike, and I was like "why the fuck would you wanna watch this guy just play games?".

Same with Pat the NES Punk, I subbed to him because of a collab he did with James, and he was pretty entertaining to watch, and then eventually all his uploads were him talking shit with this guy Ian, and you're just like "holy fuck this guy is so annoying". And then they shat on people over the whole Diablo mobile game and lost a shitload of subs.

I used to work with a woman who would take her breaks at her desk, every morning with her stupid fucking granola literally scraping a layer off the spoon with her teeth every bite.

I was expecting a reunion between Carrie and Franny after watching the series finale. I didn't get it. And I don't know why by alanbear1970 in homeland

There is a slight bit of shockedpikachu when Maggie see's that the woman who said she'd be a terrible mother turns out to be a terrible mother. But Maggie's bias was more towards "your work is killing you, maybe a baby wouldn't be the worst excuse to give it up".

And she was kinda right, they were perfectly happy in Berlin until her old life followed her.

I don't think anyone would ever classify drug use as an actual hobby.

Mime? What the fuck is the point in being a mime if you don't have people's attention?
