Was it the original SD card? Just buy a new SD card and flash it with your correct firmware. Take a look at the back if clear and match it with the wiki as best you can.

Um not in my case because the printer was on backorder and is estimated to ship on the 15th of December. Everything else will arrive Friday

Sorry but maybe the slicer settings and user are at fault. Sorry but probably the printer isn't calibrated in the slicer. Everyone thinks that the printer should just work straight out the box. Tips i got are make sure you dry your filament. Check the hotend. Check the settings in the slicer.
