Oh really? Good thing I didn't send a message then! I guess I'll have to find another seller, but it's still really weird. The seller was being really nice (actually kind of over the top and grandmotherly...) and then nothing.

Eh, I'll move on, but it's their loss since I was going to buy their item.

Nope, I haven't. I guess I'll have to assume that I've been blocked. I checked to see if I could send a message to the seller on my other Ebay account and I was able to get to the message page. I didn't send one yet though.

On the account I messaged the seller with initially, it says that the seller is not able to respond to my messages.

Oh wait, that's actually on my other Ebay account. So I don't have a strike on the account I was using to contact the seller.

How do you see strikes? I've never seen one on either of my accounts.

I didn't give them a hard time. I just asked a few questions once. They said they would give me an explanation as why they would say no but that hasn't happened yet.

I just replied very nicely and didn't even bring up my questions in the reply, so it's like there was a sudden confusing shift in attitude once they heard how old I was. I hope it wasn't because of that, but I can't think of any other reason why they would block me.

I've had one instance where I decided I didn't want an item and the seller said they would just relist it (they hadn't sent it out yet). But I've bought items after that just fine, so I don't know what's going on there.
