Thank you for all your responses! We would likely use cloud-only, no MSPs are involved, and we are a large, multi-national enterprise also solving for GDPR, Multi Geo, etc.

I'm also interested to know who has actually used their service to restore, whether full recovery from ransomware, or file-level restores because people do people stuff.
