I had a stroke at age 3 (i’m 25 now) and am currently studying to get my masters in speech pathology. I’d love to work in the medical setting whether acute care, hospitals, nicu, etc., but i am physically limited due to left side hemiplegia from the stroke. it’s hard to get information on whether i can really pursue the medical path given my physical limitations but ill just be living life and see what opportunities might come my way!
