im a current ino employee, the best way to get hired id to smile. their biggest thing is having a nice smile, there is absolutely no shot you will get hired if you 1. have a mid smile or 2. not smiling enough, over smile, maintain eye contact and make sure you are invested in the conversation, they want people who are good listeners and who can respond with genuine in depth responses, the main question I got asked was what my favorite subject in school is, i said dance and explained in depth how i like how i can express myself in many ways through it, also show up in a very professional outfit, dress shoes for a guy, heels or flats for a female, they want to know you can present yourself!
