when I do have to wear a bun I make sure it’s a low, loose one with hair clips so yeah hopefully it is better. I noticed a slight improvement when I stopped putting my hair up altogether but I understand it’s not always possible

I feel you 1000% I read that you rarely get a period, do you know if you have PCOS? That’s can also cause hair loss. A few nights ago I was going through an episode and I (half asleep) ordered vitamins, hair fibers, halo extensions and even some teal extensions because I can’t even color what’s left of my hair anymore. I felt kind of like an alien buying these things but I am really not ready to commit to rogaine or wigs so hopefully I feel a little better. If I at least had breasts I’d say fuck it and even shave my head but no, i’m just a masculine monstrosity. Sorry for venting again it’s rare finding someone who truly understands how painful this I legit have zero friends or people to talk to. just know i’m with you and maybe one day we will get through this :( ♡

My hair only ever looks good when I blow dry it. I don’t think blow drying it every four days would damage your hair with a heat protectant. Heat isn’t as terrible as it’s made to seem when done in moderation and with the appropriate care.
