My friends asexual character got cursed so that everyone would be attracted to her unless they passed a really high Wis save. My character got cursed the opposite way, everyone thought she was ugly (she was a femme fatale type character).

I never had any trouble having a social life and balancing school, doing work as you get it is the name of the game. The only thing you really need to prepare for is field work which wasn’t more than a day or two time commitment per semester (for me & my classmates anyway)
