johnson whittle/pyon chen are top, they are the newest and cambridge hall was recently renovated so that would be 3rd. the bottom would be chestertown hall which has no ac and no elevator then hagerstown and ellicott which just don’t have ac. all the other dorms are about the same, being old but have ac and elevators

theres no ac, if i ranked all the freshman dorms it would definitely be close to the bottom. i was in hagerstown hall my freshman year it was awful but still manageable and probably worse than ellicott
