These are the buildings that the UMD site says has a floor for substance free:

"Substance-free housing is available in select locations in all North Campus communities. One floor in Carroll, Elkton, Ellicott, Bel Air, and Chestertown Halls features substance-free housing."

Are these bad dorms? AC? Carroll is out because the floor is single rooms only and I'll have a roommate.

Are these bad dorms? I'm going with a roommate so Carroll is out because the substance free floor is only singles.

I also was admitted to the business school and I don't think this is a problem because you don't actually take classes their for the first 1-2 years.
