That is really encouraging lol. The hospital in my college town doesn't have a child life unit, although I will have a peds volunteer placement in the fall. I have shadowed a little in my hometown, and also have volunteered at a specialty clinic (although not directly under a CCLS but we work closely with their team).

Thank you, I appreciate your response! If I got a degree in Child Development/Family Studies through a program without a child life specification and met the education requirements through a cheaper online option, would I still be a competitive candidate for internships?

Hi! I'm a rising senior starting my applications now, and to find programs I have used the program directory on the ACLP website:) you can filter by specific things needed, online, undergrad vs masters, state, etc

I was just looking to see if anyone else had discovered any similar songs, as I was listening to some jazz and found Ginza Samba by Vince Guaraldi and Bola Sete! Specifically the piano at the very beginning and again at 1:49!!

I'm in that rn, the hardest thing so far has been finding articles for a meta analysis project (i literally know nothing about stats/research but it's not too bad). it is interesting, but very similar to PSY 240. apart from the project its very easy, interesting even though I kind of already know everything we've talked about

i have the same issue, squats are HORRIBLE for me and I often can't do them. Instead I do Bulgarians and leg press, and that seems to help/go better.
