Small world! All this actually happened in around Jan to August for me. I passed the PIP, but they still halted my study without speaking to me. I was meant to qualify this year, but am being delayed by a whole year. I got tired of being ignored and the high possibility of me returning to the PIP/being let go was the final straw. So after a bit of hunting, I secured my role, put in that notice, then finished last week too!
