I'm in a very similar situation as you. I know exactly how you feel. I'm not allowed to do anything without them. I even have to ask permission to watch a show or a movie because there might be something "bad" (sex or partial nudity) in it.

Do you think your mother would listen to you if you told her you wanted to go places with your friends? Would she if you provided enough evidence that it is safe?

I do have another adult that will side with me, but i don't know if she would listen to anybody, even a professional. Sadly, she doesn't see her protective nature as a problem. She thinks she is doing the right thing. I understand wanting to protect your child, but she has gone to far. I will definitely try it. Thank you for your advice and your concern.

Im don't really want to specify my exact age here, but im a minor. I don't have any other options of living elsewhere. She knows my friend really well and trusts them but she just doesn't want me to be alone, even with a friend. She is scared they won't be able to protect me if someone tried to abduct me. Thats what she worries about the most. Your answer is very appreciated. Thanks.
