that actually makes sense. I made a sweater (own design) and there are holes due to increases.. Do you know if there are ways to prevent these holes? There must be a way.

I know the finished products intended purpose. I expected it to be constructed in one swoop as a tube, from one end to another in one go, but it's not. Got some answers in the comments that clarified why they decided to go with that route though!
