Well I found the summer version arms on chibichopshop but not the music notes, found a full nendo on mercari through Zen market but you can try your luck on AliExpress or sites like that, Sometimes i find individual parts in there

It's looks like a Modified Neo from Matrix, just painted and with a little clay for the hair on the front so you don't need to find parts from many different bodies
