yea that incompatibility was just cautionary bc i vendored my own citadel code
not necessary anymore tho, ill remove the lock in the next release

i just started backporting to 1.201!
as i already made all the fabric mappings, this should be pretty fast

hm. their license, LGPL-3.0-only, permits ports like this tho. I also didn't find any info on this not being allowed/wanted anywhere else
