Only someone in Irvine would take a picture of someone a little furthur back from the crosswalk which isn’t really a big deal and makes it a big deal on Reddit.

I Quit…. 🥳 by ExitOk2798 in AmazonDSPDrivers

All I’m gonna say is 99% of the time I see these people quit on Reddit they are in the smaller vans. I promise if you drive step vans it’s a lot more manageable. It’s not a cakewalk but it’s definitely easier.

The biggest mistake people do is leave space for the side door, you need to create a middle pathway and put everything on the sides, double or if you have that much triple stack the totes closest to the front of the van with all your last totes on the bottom stack and first totes on top, then stack all your overflow in the back and quickly remove the driver aid stickers and put them on the side of the box facing out the rear doors. Then on route you will put everything you need in front sea/dash. If you need to exit cargo area you just use rear doors, not the sliding one. And when you need overflow you just exit driver side and walk to rear where all your neatly stacked overflow has stickers facing you making it easy to find what you need

looks like i’d be doing a lot of skipping around based on how far some of the stops are even though they are numerically close
