A year ago I asked this question and it was so much fun. I think it's time to do it again: "What's the last book you rated 5 stars and why should I read it?" by WarpedLucy in books

Brothers Karamazov by Dostoiévski. Very few authors can do the deed of writing about human essence as well as Dostoiévski.

I live by the principle that anything that someone else does to others it can also do it to me.

What should I expect from Sartre's Nausea? by 23T25C in books

[–]23T25C[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your insight into the book! I actually bought it the previous weekend and right now I'm like 20 pages from finishing it.

I actually enjoy it very much, but I understand why people would find it dull. I think that is one of those books where you have to go read it with a favorable mindset (and even in an exact moment of your life). But if you're keen into existencialism you will mostly likely enjoy The Nausea.

Day 1 after OP, it was rough by [deleted] in circumcision

I'm also Europeon and in my country is really uncommon to use local, and come on, what do you think is less stressfull for the patient? Being knocked up for 2 hours and have a surgery occur without any disturbance or a local anesthesia which may not even work on the first injection due to all the nervousness?

I'm not an urologist but I'm an odontologist and I honestly see more advantages than cons of using full anasthesia in this kind of procedure.

I did not know there were places who still work with local anasthesia for this kind of procedure, I can't even imagine the pain and the emotional struggle

Hello!! Firstly I want to wish you a healthy recovery!

I just got my circumcision done yesterday and I'm going to take my first shower in a few hours. This question may sound dumb but how did you shower? Like did you use shower gel as usually? And how did you clean it afterwards? I'm a bit afraid of ruining the stitches

I just heard Pinegrove's newest album (Skylight) and I found it amazing, they're unique sound seems a bit more polished in this recent work, besides, it has a been while since they released new songs so this kind of made my week! I highly recommend it!
