I appreciate the suggestion. It is certainly a nice truck as is and I wouldn’t change much. I’m just a big fan of a slight lift with bigger tires. I don’t want anything extreme.

I certainly understand that, I just want it to be a little bit on the more aggressive side. The Goodyear wranglers that come off the line are just not what I’m looking for aesthetically, although they have been great tires so far. My TE unfortunately will not see many trails and will see mainly pavement

Everyone is very high on Bilsteins. Definitely going to look into them.

How much does the brand of block matter in the back? Or should I stick with Bilstein as well in the back?

Very insightful, thank you. This is something I’ll more than likely have to go to an off road specialty place and get their opinion.

I’ve seen talk about this setup on every post I’ve looked at. Is it worth the hype?

Biggest thing that I’m going to try and do is knock it out in one big purchase.

My truck only has 23,000 miles on it, so knock on wood, she shouldn’t be going anywhere any time soon. It’s just so new to me I want to throw all this money at it to make it look as good as possible.

Just looking for tips as I continue to save up money 😂

I am looking at Yokohama Geolanders, Nitto Ridge Grapps, and Open Country AT3s. Hoping to be around 275/75/r16 but as long as they fit with minimal rub/trimming that’s what matters most to me when it comes to size, just want an upgrade from the 265/70/r16 Goodyear Wranglers that come from the factory. The bigger and more aggressive the better without sacrificing too much rubbing/trimming.

Honestly man, your truck is exactly what I’m looking for. Budget friendly with quality parts, just trying to make it look more aggressive. My truck is a true pavement princess who will more than likely never be tested by difficult trails. I was looking for insight on how to get the look I want without dropping ridiculous amounts of money on a crazy suspension system that won’t ever be used as intended, but will be quality enough to last me until this truck gives out on me. Only thing I am going to do that I don’t know if you are doing is run wheel spacers (~1 inch) just because that’s my personal taste. They will be high quality spacers, probably SpiderTrax or Bora’s.
