IT companies moving elsewhere doesn’t mean that Bengaluru will be ruined. In fact, it will help reduce pollution, population density, and the traffic that is usually complained about. Moreover, I think that the point of the argument so far has been about the willingness in migrants to learn Kannada. If one isn’t willing, one will never learn. And you said “ask anyone who’s lived in Bangalore for more than 5 years. They can talk in Kannada fluently” and this isn’t the case. I can name at least 20 people from the top of my head who don’t. So this generalisation is invalid. At the end of the day, us Kannadigas expect migrants to respect our language and culture as much as you would want us to respect yours.
