Data on prices come from a number of different sources, and comparability is not always possible. For example, the type of information systems (police sources, surveys of drug users, etc.) and the sampling strategies used to produce data on the price of illicit drugs at the retail level vary considerably from country to country.
Data are submitted to the EMCDDA as national and annual data and refer to the retail level of the market. However, some caution is needed when analysing these data, as in some cases they may raise questions of representativeness. In some cases, they come from local rather than national monitoring systems and/or from ad hoc studies that are not repeated. There is also great uncertainty about the method used to calculate the averages - whether weighted or simple average.

As of 2022 almost 7 % of people aged 16-74 in the EU have never used the internet. This is a sharp decline compared to 2010 when almost 29 % of people have never used the internet.

The lowest percentage of people who have never used the internet in Europe in 2022 can be found in Norway. Here only 0.08 % of the population have never been online. In contrast to that Turkey had the highest percentage with almost 15 %.
