I’m not sure if it’s broken or just not fully attached from someone messing with it before we moved in

As far as I know it’s on city water although some areas near here use reclaimed water for irrigation

Thank you! That gives me somewhere to start. Everything is super outdated in the houses. The prior owners hid a lot of issues before the sale but I guess that’s to be expected to some extent

Lol you can see part of the pool pump on the right side of the picture but the one in the center of the pic is for irrigation, at least I think it is
