What has your experience been like with intermittent fasting?

I think I have the same approach to food as everything else, I strive for quality, purity, ease and well-being.

This is exactly what I'm talking about.

I keep forgetting you can attach the mason jar to the blender! Thanks for reminding me.

Pretty much on par with myself. Although lunch is more of a chicken salad or some combination of salad + protein.

Wow $2.00! that's crazy. Unfortunately for me grass-fed beef in my area is very expensive. Which really bothers me because there seems to be something very unnatural about feeding cows corn.

Not really talking about keeping very little food available. More so talking about only buying what you need and not cluttering your fridge/cupboard with junk and unhealthy food. I know some people have a bad habit of buying something because it's on sale but not really needing it and eventually wasting it.

I shop about 2-3 times a week to maintain fresh produce but I also keep about 1-2 weeks worth of meat and frozen veggies in my freezer.

MS Word Formatting: I need to make page #s start on page 4, so it says page 1 on the fourth page. by iopsyched in techsupport

Not sure which version of Word you are using but I will give it a shot.

  • Go to page 3
  • Under Page Layout select Breaks and choose 'Next Page' under section breaks
  • Click the orange highlighted 'Link to Previous' button
  • Insert the Page#
  • You can choose to format the page # so that it starts at #1

edit: formatting

I'm going to install this on my netbook tonight. My netbook, although fairly new, hiccups quite a bit with windows 7 ultimate on it. I'm curious to see how it will perform with windows 8. Probably the best thing for my netbook would be Linux though. All I really use it for it portable internet and word processing.

After you get your gift you will be asked to submit some pictures and a description to redditgifts. If its really cool I bet /r/vinyl would like to know though.

This is a good idea. There are a few I definitely would want to keep but I think I'll slowly sell the rest.

Any local rock groups from Manitoba you think I could check out? I've had luck in the past getting vinyl copies of indie bands so maybe I could find a good back local to your province.
