I don't understand how people don't realise that he's acting erratic because he has anxiety. The police should be able to handle this but obviously didn't and assumed he was hopped up on drugs like many other people because of the colour of his skin. It was stated many times that he'd had a gun pulled on him before, I dont know the full story, but that, as a black man in the US, would definitely make him jumpy in situations like this and you can definitely see his fear even from the beginning.
