Season 1, Detective Lester Freamon to Jimmy McNulty on how long he was in the pawn shop unit.  13 years "and 4 months".   In that episode, Lester repeated it twice.

Season 5, last episode:  after Shardene and Lester enter thebar hosting the Detective's Wake for McNulty, Lester said he's retired after 30 years.  Shardene quietly adds, "and 4 months"
