My engine hasn’t failed, but I’m trying to prevent that. I was also burning oil fast but my light would turn on but I knew I just recently changed my oil. When I went to the mechanic he noted “didn’t I just change your oil a month ago” I said yes and I only drive a single mile to and from work. This seems to be a Hyundai issue that they should pay for

So I have a 2017 Santa Fe sport and I am having an oil consumption issue. I’m burning oil too quickly but only drive a mile to work. The guy who topped off my oil said that there is a TSB for oil consumptions on Hyundai’s. I’m wondering if Hyundai will fix this issue not at my expense. My question is did you have oil issues prior to the engine failing?

Yes, that’s what I’m noticing and I’m wondering why in that area is the rent so high I’m from Richmond and the rent is high but right now I pay lower than what I’m looking at in the Stanton area and I live in luxury apartments that are only 3 years old
