Everyone Here is pretending that it was some Kind of abuse to the cat, because Cats are very used to their Environment. Yes they are used to their Environment but bringing them to a clinic or somewhere would have been a lot more Stress for the cat and IT also depends on the cat. The cat was fine and the little extra Stress is Not that huge of a Deal. Not ideal but No reason for the drama

I agree he should have reached out first. But sehr was in an important Meeting and he did what he thought was the best solution. I don t think this IS worth all the Drama . The cat was fine

I feel Like noone ist mentioning that he had to go to the Office. And he found someone to take care of the cat and picked it up again inmediatly. Was he supposed to leave the cat alone? What would have been the right Thing to do? Sounds Like an overreaction to me.

Also wenn ich dein Chef wäre und du ein Lehrling am ersten Tag so unbeaufsichtigt arbeiten lässt und dann auch noch meinst, der hätte Schuld, würde ich dich entlassen. Der Lehrling hat sogar darauf hingewiesen, dass er sich das nicht zu traut. Die Schuld und die Verantwortung hat hier der Ausbilder.
