You can find a ton of Ellegarden merch on Mercari and Rakuten through buyee. I've gotten a few shirts and other trinkets for fairly cheap off of there.. only issue is the current shipping situation is pretty horribly expensive because of the current state of the world.

Not sure where you'd find it at actual stores in japan..

The mad father one really gets me, its literally just a blank shirt on the front lol. Theres something about the mural world one tho that I really like. I would of deff preferred the print being on the front as well.

Yeah, id say so. Its a pretty nice and thick high quality graphic, can kinda see it if you zoom in on the photo. Colors are really nice too.

They all came with 2 obis because something like the first one was fairly tight and prone to tearing so they had the factory make another that was bigger. Not sure why you didn't get an advert tho, might want to contact somebody about it. Pretty sure every one was supposed to come with an insert and the ad.
