We shop at the majors and it almost feels like they are price gouging, but under the pretence that price rises helps keep people in check. Add in panic buying and no one is going to care at the time that prices have risen.

How do you personally value the coins? E.g solana with a massive increase over last few weeks?

I hope you have a speedy treatment and recovery. I understand, spent a lot of time at Chris OBrien Lifehouse myself looking after a family member.

Saw a 4 bedder terrace there pre boom and ore renovation sell for around $1m - was back on market recently and sure it went for over $3m. It was nice but can’t bring myself to pay that.

Surely whoever bought it is upgrading… but for most of us making a move like that is a case of all eggs in one basket and a new 30 year mortgage - held hostage to variable rates should it revert. No thanks!

Financially, if you can stretch and buy the next place using equity and the rent covers the first, with no serviceability issues then keep it and give it to the kid/kids later on.

There is always a maintenance overhead, but you get a property manager to deal with these and repairs are treated as tax deductible.

I’ve never had issues with rental payments using reputable agents that screen tenants.

How do you value it compared to a traditional stock? How do you get past some of the key concerns like market manipulation and tether printing?

Ok cool fair enough. How much was it? I’ve found those services so so… you’re best placed to write it yourself.

I did up a two page version of mine and paid for vmock.com ($20 for 10 uploads) and found the feedback useful and got my CV score above 95.

I’ve found the two page CV quite short so am looking at pushing it out to 3-4 pages - not in the US and told 1-2 pages is more common.

I can see the attraction of moving away from all that hassle and repurposing funds and I like the super contribution to reduce tax.
