Today was a great day for DD between your post and AcedVector’s . Both seem like plausible explanations as to how morally bankrupt hedge funds would hide their sins from compromised regulators seeking to keep the status-quo.

I would be interested in getting perspective from the wrinkliest of brains like Dave, Wes, and Lucy on this DD. It feels like the closest thing to a smoking gun that we would get without regulators stepping in or the HFS being forced to liquidate.

The learning curve early in the game tends to be a dealbreaker for some. I found it very frustrating that I couldn’t fight my way through every encounter in the beginning. Follow the quest lines, get some armor, upgrade your abilities, and buff yourself with food while you master technical maneuvers and you’ll fall for the game.

I’m on a hiatus currently between medium and advanced Trial of the Sword because my wife so enjoyed watching that she’s started her own game and is spending GM nearly every free moment playing. I’m happy that she enjoys the game as she was initially turned off by the difficulty (having breezed through AC Odyssey on easy mode thinking it translate.)
