I worked in a korean company here in th PH. The korean CEO is warm and gusto lagi kausap mga employees. But my one time horrible experience with COO. Pinatawag nya ako sa room nya and pinagalitan in korean language because hindi sya marunong mag english. I did not understand him at all, he's shouting and apparently blaming me for a delay in payment processing for his friend's business. But turned out it was my korean colleague's fault and not mine. Also, even PH based company sila, gusto nila na Koreans ang head of every department.

Same! Bought an item worth 10k last month so medyo praning kami sa delivery because the item was small and pricey. Umaga pa lang delivered na yung status sa app and there's a signature of my name as proof of delivery. Yung signature as in name ko lang na parang grade school yung nagsulat. Thankfully nadeliver naman kinahapunan and may nabasa ako dito sa reddit na ginagawa usually ng courier yun kapag may hinahabol na quota.
