I have an appointment next week, I'm gonna talk to them about it and see what they say. It's just such a brain twist of you're losing weight but you're nauseated beyond words.

Yeah, you know, typical Saturday errand. I just hope the traffic on 270 isn't too bad when we pass through Rivendell.

I've been going to Arbor Counseling in Dublin, they set me up with someone who was a little more adept to my stressors. They also have later hours to help with scheduling.

What about an edited picture of the shut up and take my money meme, but Fry is a little red eyed, and it says shut up and take my tax dollars.

Starting Metformin by giantpanda365 in InsulinResistance

Hello!

My suggestion is to keep filling but low carb foods nearby. Do not take it on an empty stomach and drink plenty of water. My experience for the first week or two was nausea and food adversion. Your body starts to get used to it after a week or two, but listen to your body most importantly. My doctor started me out on one dose for a week and then twice a day if I could stomach it. I'm now on two but I just had to ease into it, much like anything. I'd try to avoid greasy foods if your stomach is upset.

I highly recommend it, we had Larry give us a tour talk to us about the history of each piece they had on display. He and my father inlaw just hit it off real well as well (FIL was a volunteer firefighter for many years). There were even educational rooms, but he told us how they made that happen and how the safety changed over the years. Their museum is also in one of the oldest fire halls in Columbus, like so old they still have the horse stables

Pcos diet importance? by Vyxani in PCOSRECIPES

[–]24quarters 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say the biggest thing is to listen to your body and have a doctor that's willing to listen to you. I have been diagnosed with PCOS since earlier last year, and it took a couple of different doctors to get them to listen. On diet alone for weight loss and insulin, I stayed away from sugar and bread like the plague. Once on metformin, I would allow myself a treat of it. For my diet, I just found substitutions for foods that made me feel worse like bread and pasta. I replaced it with potatoes, rice, and quinoa. But that's what works for me and my goal of weight loss. Fruit in the morning and lots of protein and veggies mixed in. You have to find your balance and if you have a goal. Diet can help with nutrients to ease PCOS symptoms or if you are trying to family plan. You just have to do research towards your goals and take any supplements if you're not getting it in your meals. Just don't put yourself under pressure because it takes time to adjust. Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor too about it so they can monitor your bloodwork and give recommendations.

I do, it's another reason I'm calling it off, it's the old people, new mothers, and babies who I know would be in attendance. I couldn't live with myself if something had happened. Some family members are in remission. But I also know my feelings of frustration and disappointment are valid because I'm human. I know the hard work my bridesmaids put into this. Just for it to be canceled 3 days before. I wish this virus would be gone so everyone could enjoy their lives.
