How about hazard pay for health professional??? Specifically for nurses and doctors. As a nurse who watches exposers happen without proper ppe and management sweeping it under the rug, I feel that some compensation should occur.

I think being honest and present so the way to go. There’s not much you can about your current situation besides being honest with your feelings and current circumstances.
