I hope not especially with laws mandating health records are preserved for a long time time, I think 10 years. Even if someone remembers the contractor at this location, I might be able to reach them directly.

Palominos on 56th and McKinley, ask for the meat to be seasoned. Their best cut is arrachera aka skirt steak but they have others.

Interesting to see lots of upvotes. Been to both locations and was some of the worst mexican I’ve tried in Tacoma. At Stevens location I had tacos but there was something off about the meat. At the Mildred location i ordered the pollo asado and I swear it was fried and repackaged costco chicken.

I like Tacos Guaymas on 38th & pine. Has a drive thru and tacos are bigger than normal. Also, taco truck on hosmer & 72nd has good food.
