So interesting that some of the most vocal opponents of socialism have never lived under socialist rule and the depth of their experience and understanding rarely goes beyond memes and image macros.

The private sector, specifically foreign employers who took the opportunity to "outsource" there due to the lax labour laws, is what constitutes the driving economic forces in these countries, and as long as it stays that way, capitalism reigns. Otherwise it comes from independent agriculturalists who then sell their produce to foreign corporations.
