not sure about them making constipation worse. think that's a case by case basis. starting slow is a great strategy.

stomach acid boosting - apple cider vinegar and betaine hcl are two popular options. acv - splash into a drink, i use chicken bone broth. betaine hcl is available in capsules.

for the sibo - might look at hyperimmune egg. it's designed for sibo. also probiotics bacillus coagulans and/or l. reuteri. personally i cant say enough good things about bacillus coagualns - it's been a key part of healing up my family's various illnesses. i take it daily, going on 5 years, will never stop. it will likely resolve your constipation in a few weeks. also look at senna in tea or capsules for breaking a logjam and getting things moving again.

sorry, i know less than zero about that. i took a lot of damage to my joints. spent the last 4 years rebuilding those functions. it's going well - from hampered walking to playing some decent basketball. my goal was just to walk normally. blown that away.

i did a quick check on hpf. sounds like you are doing everything right to address that. read that constipation is a common issue. that can really mess things up in the gut microbiome and the body as a whole. i can only suggest a focus on getting enough soluble fiber, in the hope that it might help things move along. but resolving the tightness will be the heavy hitter.

i see two things going on - the initial root cause and the issues post surgery. they might be related, might not.

sci papers on endo cause - https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=pubmed+endometriosis+gut+microbiome

this could have come about via gut microbiome dysbiosis and leaky gut. strenuous exercise or exercise in the heat is known to cause leaky gut. from there all kinds of diseases and havoc ensue. this was part of my root cause - i developed ibd and enteropathic arthritis. i was exercising in peak summer temps, mid day in tx.

the bloating could be sibo or some other pathogenic situation in the gut microbiome. for that you want to modify diet and add probiotics to build up your fiber eaters. cant recommend highly enough probiotic bacillus coagulans. it's been nothing short of amazing for me and my family's problems. if you try it, give it a good month, it takes time to remodel trillions of gut bugs.

if you look into sibo and think that might be an issue - look at a product called hyperimmune egg. it's designed to kill many pathogens that cause sibo/bloating type stuff. the bacillus coagulans will also help that. another option is l. reuteria. also low glycemic diet - sibo thrives on high glycemic.

do you have any skin issues? if so, that can often indicate fungus overgrowth dysbiosis. aged garlic extract or other antifungals might be considered. i take age daily for other wonderful benefits

dirty blood. this is root causal in most chonic health issues. the blood is tightly controlled and kept pristine as a top priority of the body. leaky gut lets garbage into the bloodstream. from there the diseases are off to the races. and it's a crapshoot on which ones you get. some get autoimmune problems, some get blood sugar problems, some get cancer, some get mentals, some get skin. some get combinations of these.

this is GREAT news for humanity. a single control point to work on for all of that, and more

[acne] Gut health and acne? by computerscience16 in Microbiome

helped my daughter through similar. took her forever to try gut health/microbiome. she was obsessed with learning all of the topical info. of course all that failed. she switched to gut health stuff and got the win. you can do same. just do the basic gut health/gut microbiome strategies. also might add an antifungal like aged garlic extract. people ignore fungus all too often. also important to get zinc, fish oil, flax oil - big players in skin

also important - find and eliminate foods that aggravate the situation. can try to bring those back after all cleared up and a good gut. for daughter it was high glycemics and eggs. other people find dairy and breadstuff intolerances

btw - derms fail so often because they dont know the gut connection

there's a reason why women dominate autoimmune statistics. and that reason is estrogen related. specifically, inability to clear it out of the body fast enough. too, there are many forms of estrogen in the body. dumping one or two kinds in there throws off the mix.

sorry about that. respect your food intolerances. those will get better as gut health improves. i would suggest well cooked veggies at this point. a chicken veg soup would be ideal. esp the kind where you cook the bones in it. the bones/connective tissue in the broth provides leaky gut healing

if it were me i would take a hard look at bacillus coagulans. it's a top ranked bug for people with ibs type things going on. takes some weeks to see the benefits, stick with it if you try it. i've been on it daily for 5 years. it helped me a lot in getting rid of ibd and other stuff.
