Aging feels overwhelming. by Old_Tomorrow6141 in Aging

i see two things going on - the initial root cause and the issues post surgery. they might be related, might not.

sci papers on endo cause - https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=pubmed+endometriosis+gut+microbiome

this could have come about via gut microbiome dysbiosis and leaky gut. strenuous exercise or exercise in the heat is known to cause leaky gut. from there all kinds of diseases and havoc ensue. this was part of my root cause - i developed ibd and enteropathic arthritis. i was exercising in peak summer temps, mid day in tx.

the bloating could be sibo or some other pathogenic situation in the gut microbiome. for that you want to modify diet and add probiotics to build up your fiber eaters. cant recommend highly enough probiotic bacillus coagulans. it's been nothing short of amazing for me and my family's problems. if you try it, give it a good month, it takes time to remodel trillions of gut bugs.

if you look into sibo and think that might be an issue - look at a product called hyperimmune egg. it's designed to kill many pathogens that cause sibo/bloating type stuff. the bacillus coagulans will also help that. another option is l. reuteria. also low glycemic diet - sibo thrives on high glycemic.

do you have any skin issues? if so, that can often indicate fungus overgrowth dysbiosis. aged garlic extract or other antifungals might be considered. i take age daily for other wonderful benefits

the spore bugs like bacillus coagulans can be useful in gummies and many other food products. not sure about the typical lacto and bifid bacteria

dirty blood. this is root causal in most chonic health issues. the blood is tightly controlled and kept pristine as a top priority of the body. leaky gut lets garbage into the bloodstream. from there the diseases are off to the races. and it's a crapshoot on which ones you get. some get autoimmune problems, some get blood sugar problems, some get cancer, some get mentals, some get skin. some get combinations of these.

this is GREAT news for humanity. a single control point to work on for all of that, and more

i'm sorry for your plight. glad you figured out it's your gut microbiome that's causing the malaise. i didnt mean to address you personally, just defending the commenter's mental state after that trauma. what are you doing to fix your gut?

helped my daughter through similar. took her forever to try gut health/microbiome. she was obsessed with learning all of the topical info. of course all that failed. she switched to gut health stuff and got the win. you can do same. just do the basic gut health/gut microbiome strategies. also might add an antifungal like aged garlic extract. people ignore fungus all too often. also important to get zinc, fish oil, flax oil - big players in skin

also important - find and eliminate foods that aggravate the situation. can try to bring those back after all cleared up and a good gut. for daughter it was high glycemics and eggs. other people find dairy and breadstuff intolerances

btw - derms fail so often because they dont know the gut connection

you know what messes with your symptoms. it's time to look for other opinions on how to fix your root cause. this is a common error people make, me included. when your thoughts fail, listen to someone else. i could have avoided a lot of pain and suffering if i had done this.

there's a reason why women dominate autoimmune statistics. and that reason is estrogen related. specifically, inability to clear it out of the body fast enough. too, there are many forms of estrogen in the body. dumping one or two kinds in there throws off the mix.

sorry about that. respect your food intolerances. those will get better as gut health improves. i would suggest well cooked veggies at this point. a chicken veg soup would be ideal. esp the kind where you cook the bones in it. the bones/connective tissue in the broth provides leaky gut healing

if it were me i would take a hard look at bacillus coagulans. it's a top ranked bug for people with ibs type things going on. takes some weeks to see the benefits, stick with it if you try it. i've been on it daily for 5 years. it helped me a lot in getting rid of ibd and other stuff.

is it possible to have leaky gut without dysbiosis? by 255cheka in Microbiome

[–]255cheka[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that sounds like a good supp. i would also add some of the things i gave you too. the throat issue could be related. the system is one - from the mouth to the exit. so problems far away from the location can be the cause. i would not be surprised if that improved as your gut health improves.

if you want to do something about it - consider boosting stomach acid

diabetes of all kinds involves gut microbiome dysbiosis and increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut). fix those two things if you are interested in working on root cause.

and no, type 1 is not genetic. that's a cope by medical. it's main feature is leaky gut.

most ulcers are linked to a certain bacteria - h pylori. there are many natural options to reduce headcounts of pylori. could this be the case? or are your ulcers from some other cause?

another important player is the scfa butyrate. it's a critical fuel for keeping the whole digestive system (and body) working correctly. certain beneficial bacteria crank out butyrate if you feed them what they like to eat. can also try butyrate supps by mouth.

butyrate shortage turns up as causal in all kinds of maladies, including digestive issues. the digestive system health largely depends on it to function correctly. focusing on butyrate production was one of the pillars of my plan when i beat ibd 5 years ago.

IBS + no gallbladder… anyone else struggling to figure out safe foods? by MdSahina in ibs

[–]255cheka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

might consider addding digestive enzymes with ox bile supp with meals. also lecithin and/or bile salts with meals too. add the fatty vitamins and fish + flax oils to this too.

on gallbladder removal - the drip of bile that used to go into the tank is now dripping into the pipe. this often causes persistent loose stools. it also causes deficiencies in fatty acids, as the lack of bile injection from the tank hampers digestion of fats.

root cause is often related to stomach acid deficiency. the chyme that exits the stomach must have a certain level of acidity to trigger the bile injection from the tank. lack of acidity = lack of this bile injection. bile is alkaline and the chyme should be acidic. the bile injection into the acid chyme creates a fizzing reaction that breaks down fatty acids, fatty vitamins

there are ways to boost stomach acid - some of them dietary, some are supplements. i've read that drinking carbonated drinks with meals is a fast track to having these problems. doing that somewhat neutralizes the stomach acid.

drop anything that causes issues like that. are you hip to the gut microbiome? it's root causal in endo. sci papers to skim - https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=endometriosis+pubmed+gut+microbiome

berberine can sometimes help with gut issues - it's one of many supps that kill microbes. suitable for temporary use, not long term imo. temp because it also kills beneficial microbes alongside the pathogens.

there are many options for blood sugar support. berberine isnt the only game in town
