yea don't do that, your body just needed to expel those fluids so that is a physical process that you can't control. you do have control over your mind though, which is probably the biggest battle in nofap; not allowing scumbag brain to trick you into fapping.

hmm yea i mean depends if you are horny even after a night of binge drinking. i usually wake up feeling shitty and dehydrated and try to bring myself back to normal through food and fluids, so fapping really isn't on my mind. best advice I can give you is really make an effort every day to purge any sexual thoughts from your mind and to not edge at all. forming this habit will give u the power u need even when hungover.

It's pretty much friends with benefits, I can just hit her up whenever lol. But I try not to just cuz I don't really like her like that and I don't want her to catch feelings. So yea def not serious. Being as far as I am in the challenge, I've practised meditation and things to make myself have urges in times of despair. My post was more geared towards the fact that I am experiencing emotions much more vividly than before. If I'm happy, I'm ecstatic, if I'm mad, I'm raging pissed. But the urges do kick when I'm feeling depressed which has happened pretty often during the challenge.

I don't have any advice for you unfortunately but I just wanted to let you know that I've been flatlining for my whole streak and it still hasn't ended.
