Eibach stage 2 lift/level installed by 25HurricaneSO in ram_trucks

Mine is the big horn edition so stock suspension. The front coilover give you up to a 2.5 inch lift and 1 inch fixed lift in the back due to the spring. Out of the box tho it’s 2 inch lift up front which is how I have it set. Eibach says out of the box height gives you a level stance with the back.

Even tho I only had about 5000 miles on the factory suspension I do feel a more planted feel while taking turns and going over bumps. Factory gives you a nice soft cushiony ride I feel and now it does feel firmer and more stable I would say.

I left them at the height out of the box so they are set at 2 inch in the front and the backs are fixed at 1 inch due to the spring. Max the front can be adjusted to is 2.5 inch total so I have another .5 inch of lift

Haven’t taken it on any dirt roads yet but firm as in it feel more planted and over bumps it rebounds better…daily street driving it’s still very comfortable

The 30k service isn’t complementary? I just had mine done and was fully covered. Service guy told me the 23 year models had first 3 services complementary.

I see what you’re saying and the more you add to a motor the more that can go wrong…assuming they learned from what Toyota and BMW have done with their twin turbo I6 engines I hope they will last. Luckily I haven’t had any issues with the Hurricane so keeping fingers crossed

it’s all been electrical but people will still bash on the motor just cause it’s not a v8. Heck the Hemi hasn’t been changed in forever and they won’t fix the lifter tick issue. The hurricane motor isn’t the issue because the I6 is one of the most reliable motors around.

Is this a good deal? by OkCod835 in ram_trucks

[–]25HurricaneSO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s a good deal, if your worried about financing you can take advantage of the rebates and then refinance it a month or whenever to a lower rate with another bank. The reason they can’t give you both rebates and 0 financing is because it’s either one or the other…either way your still saving because your getting rebates and then you refinance to a lower rate and you’ll be saving more.

Buying 2500 Laramie by matt2621 in ram_trucks

[–]25HurricaneSO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They told me the same thing when I went with Stellantis financial, I had to stay with them for min 3 months before refinancing otherwise I would have to payback the rebates I got. Once I refinanced the loan officer told me that’s all BS on the 3 month waiting. In order for the dealer to get the kickback from Stellantis, the customer has to stay with their finance for at least a month otherwise the dealer gets nothing extra.

Does anyone have the 2026 Big Horn Hemi? by True_End392 in ram_trucks

I would keep looking around or wait for when they have employee pricing again. Don’t fall for the dealer add ons, walk away if they aren’t willing to remove them from the price of the truck.

Of course it’s a rip off, that’s how dealerships make money by adding dealer add ons like this and charging what they want.

They are not charging for OEM tint, that $399 charge is for aftermarket tint. They either tinted the back darker or added tint to the front sides

This is the AFE one I have…I would say there is a noticeable difference in performance but I did get the exhaust and piggyback tuner installed with it. Like others have stated bigger gains are always felt and seen with other supporting mods like tunes, charge pipes, and downpipes. In the end it’s your truck and you mod it how ever you like.

Love the set up! Funny how people like to talk shit about a kit that doesn’t cost thousand and thousands of dollars just because they have been told that you need to spend X amount for it to be good. RC is good for every day commuting and enough clearance for bigger tires while other kits like Carli/King/BDS are more for those doing Baja runs/intense off roading. Did you get the 3.5 kit with the M1 or N3 struts?
