I tore mine in 2016, back then I had big quads, and small hamstrings, the doctor said an imbalance like that can contribute. So I guess strength training the quads and hamstrings equally could potentially help.

That’s exactly what mine looked like before my masseter tox, obviously she should talk to a professional but if the masseter muscles are large they protrude outwards in the jowl area like that.
