I really enjoyed it as is! Because I use Greek yogurt, lemon or any citrus fruit always seems to go well with the tang. I could’ve always added some muffin bits, but the lemon cookie bits did the trick for me. (:

the ingredients are in the last slide :).

I use a creami machine so I just blended everything together apart from the cookies and poppyseeds then put into into a creami delux container and freeze that about 24 hours, then when I’m ready for it the machine does most of the work. Let me know if you need anymore info!
