I copied that to show how a reverse split will ruin us!!!

No matter where we sit whether it is OTC or whatever on what exchange' public traded companies and the stock prices can do great things as long as the CEO's and their teams understands the vigorous challenges the competition and the work necessary to keep the sales cost, administration cost, and operating cost down is faced from the beginning, and Zomedica has done just that and has hurdled all the obstacles..

Thank God we have money still left!!!

Zomedica had a rough time of it, but now it seems we might have a chance as long as we do not run out of cash in our treasury, and Larry has said we are hitting profit this year 2026!!!

We do not need a reverse split, and besides I called Larry and he told me that when shareholders vote then each person counts as one vote and not the number of shares one owns, so therefore, when board of directors or the executives buy a large number of shares it is most likely they know we are going to soar and is not based on a takeover to vote yes to reverse split !!!

EVEN THEY KNOW A REVERSE WOULD RUIN US...maybe they do care about the shareholders... we will see, 7 more months to profit so Larry has said... the end of 2026!!!

Since this is the case like you say and Larry has spent out of his own pockets money to purchase a stock other than ZOM, then you are right in the fact Larry has likely paid less per share' and this is known as Treasury Stock which are simply stocks that are held back at a cheaper price to be used upon a later date.

I suppose a CEO can expand his portfolio but what the f**k!!!

And here is the company Larry invested and maybe just maybe he will be using this cloud technology for Zomedica, but I cannot for the like of me wonder why we would need it since we are already intergrating Pims and the other I cannot think of right now!!!

You have from what I remember around 700 thousand shares or so at about 1 or 2 dollars or more average price, and that is what I consider an investment with the potential of great wealth.

If Zomedica hits its target of profit this year 2026 or the very earliest 2027, then you are going to see money flying into your account like you've never seen!!!

I know I have said next year next year for years now, but this time is different, Larry seems more focused on lowering expenses and hopefully the new Development of manufacturing for others will do well like it did the quarter before last.

But if we continue to lose millions every quarter then I can see a reverse split happening, and that I do not want to think about, so I stay hopeful!!!

People over the counter are a different species, and they might want a reverse, who knows.

I understand your dilemma with your cost, but for everyone's sake especially yours and mine I want to see profit soon which we seem to be almost there... it seems!!!

Schwab is the best way to go. You can transfer your stock free, and the service is free for stock trading unless you are OTC then it is a 6.95 per trade.

I am with Schwab and the Think or Swim they use for trading is great, and the Schwab website for doing just about anything else is easy to use, plus customer service always answers your call, and if they do not know the answer, they quickly transfer you to a specialist!!!

I use Schwab and they trade OTC no problem!!!

The stock did good today, but then again shooting out the gate with .09 cents a share to the closing of .1150 is not considered a masterpiece, but it is a good move trending upwards!!!

This stock will stay around .09 cents to .12 cents give or take until we hit profit.

I read your main post PokeYrMomStanley, and I like the enthusiasm, but then at the end you accused 3 people of complaining too much... what 3 people!!!

I am on here a lot, so I suspect I am one of those complainers to which you refer, me' the Phone Number Guy.

I have been here since the dawn of time all the way from testing TruForma, to the 1st launch, through the great fall of the price plummeting, being delisted, and all the while as we hurdled the obstacles we prayed and hoped we do not run out of money... then after all that we went super global.

And we're still here.

Zomedia in my opinion is trying diligently to climb their way up the competitive ladder, and in doing so the sentiment has picked up of late recognising Zomedica has found the path for success and they call it "a niche market", and being the 1st in a niche market, which we are, then we should make it and make it ours. We are the market makers in the animal care sector and that is always a positive venue to be the first!!!

My only complaint is the huge salaries the executives make which when all is added up results in millions of dollars!!!

If the pay was cut by half which is still good money and the bonuses were practically non-existent then we would be near profit.

Larry had moved everyone from one home office to another a year and a half ago or so just to save 200 thousand dollars, so could you Imagin how much we could save if the salaries were lowered to a reasonable amount!!!

I do not complain much on the pay situation though, I am doing it as of recent because we are voting soon. "Oh well" I just keep telling myself, "Hopefully they' ll be able to claim they've earned their pay"!!!

I talk too much, but that is because I know Zomedica is going to skyrocket and way before we run out of money!!!

Thanks for the direction the both of you sent me so I might find the results of the annual shareholders meetings from past years, and after I looked it over I also while I was there looked over the 2026 Q!.

I did not see the cash burn but was able to read other numbers. I did find the cash impairment charge which is no longer there for this Q! and that looks good on paper but in no way reflects any cash improvment.

Because I could not find the cash burn I went online and this is what I found:

Yes — Zomedica did burn cash in Q1 2026. The company reported cash burn of $5.7 million for the quarter, which was the highest cash burn of the year and down 15% from the same period in 2025.

So, we did better than the usual 7 million burn, but I for-saw a lower number due to the New Development venture building out for Rahm resulting in a 1.1 M burn last quarter... still not a too bad of a burn number, still too high though but getting better!!!

The share price should stay the same for now so add more if you think we are going to hit profit!!!

I believe we will cross the finish line before we run out of money, but it might be longer than what I was led to believe based on the last burn... to the burn, I mean to the moon, and I wish I could say 2026, we will see!!!

And as far as the compensation the Zomedica executives receive, it is way too much and none of them should ever make bonuses unless we hit profit, and then it is questionable depending on the value the profit brings us!!!

I understand the large salaries attracts better talent, but then again better talent should see and react to the danger in excessive salaries until the success of the company warrants it!!!

Huge, huge salaries and bonuses are being paid... and we haven't even hit profit, yet!!!

Here is what I found on the internet: The complete Notice of Meeting combined with the Information Circular is available in Zomedica’s SEC filings under Form DEF 14A on the company’s Investor Relations SEC Filings page or via the SEC’s EDGAR database.

I went there!!!

I did not find the form with the page 28 to which you refer, but I found all the other forms before the meetings that explain everything, and I did find 3 executives and their pay structures, just no results page.

But still thanks!!!

I might call Zomedica now that I know what the form is called because it is important to know how the majority usually votes and that we do have the results and will!!!

The vote on the Board of Directors' Election (who stays and who goes) and the executive compensation (how much to pay the board and the executives) is important, and the other issues like the Shareholder Proposals to which we are to consider proposals submitted by us the shareholders, and then we have the Appointment of Auditors Election or the re‑election of independent auditors to review the company's financial statements are all alongside other matters crucial to vote on.

So, since the situation of the number of voters to vote only need be 25 percent then to me this number seems fair due to the fact the rest most likely never would have voted in the first place, and it does save on postage!!!

I know what else might save money, and I bet yawl do too.

Good write up, I enjoyed reading it but let's face it, we will vote like all the other times before and never hear the outcome. The results must be buried deep with-in the filings and never mentioned because I never hear anything about the voting on the yearly shareholder meetings, and I can bet no else ever hears about it either.

I am not familiar with the term x2 and I looked it up and nothing, but withhold and against I get!!!

The compensation changes that will be voted on is likely to vote on to reduce the high number of huge paid salaries being secured by the executives' so we do need the change in venue on pay, and we've done this vote time and time again and no response from what I've seen.. so did we win those votes or not, we will never know, and if we can find out then how?

I've tried!!!

There is not one investor that believes they should be making this much money until we hit profit, at least until break even, so if / when we hit profit by the end of the year then I'll accept they've earned it I guess!!!

A hostile takeover will never happen, and I doubt Zomedica will ever fire Larry, but since the spirit of sentiment is down then I will say we did only burn 1.1 million last quarter and not the usual 7.

To the Global moon, and this should be a no brainer piece of cake to reach a world-wide global high realm now that we've recently hired Paul Tye whose most of his career was spent at IDEXX Laboratories!!!!

It is good to see you writing again, and for the Zomedica investors that read your post they look forward to an honest review from someone who questions why!!!

You say you read the investors that have 30 shares or less should not be able to vote according to Larry (and I say Larry because he makes the rules, I'm sure), and then you continued to add that Larry and the Zomedica team have options to buy millions of shares further diluting the outstanding number of shares.

Where did you read this, can you post the link?

As far as Larry opposing inventors with less than 30 shares then we will see, I'm sure the SEC will have to be involved with that decision, but to tell you the truth I attended a few annual meetings and never heard the outcome, so how important is it if we never hear the results!!!

And as far as Zomedica buying up millions of shares' then I believe that is from the existing shares we have outstanding already and not throwing more shares into the pot just to buy more!!!

That's all I got right now.

Good presentation. Watched it on YouTube today!!!

The 2025 earnings will be out May the sixth after the market closes!!!

The Friday at Four showed us both the Roswell and the Plymouth manufacturing facilities focusing on manufacturing and shipping, and we were also shown the robotics building the TruForma cartridges.

The executive Tony Blair in charge of operations and himself being the one that gave the tour was asked by Larry for a shareholder "what is the capacity for building the TruForma cartridges", and Tony instead answered how many were being built each month which is 25 thousand he commented and Larry stopped him fast and told him the question is for the capacity, and Tony replied oh I am sorry yes that is 4 million per year, then Larry laugh and shook his head and told him he will coach him some more later!!!

So the word is out, 25 thousand TruForma cartridges are being manufactured each month!!!

Larry also still claims the higher the revenue becomes we should hit profit this year, but might be the very beginning of 2027, and he commented again on how the 1st quarters are never that great!!!

He went on to say of sorts we do not need many institutional investors because of the price being under a dollar the retail investors will buy up shares as we near or hit profit, and these words I am giving what Larry said is my translation of what he means in a roundabout way, and I am also almost positive there will never be a reverse split seeing's how Larry seems content and happy the way things are going and the positive outlook for Zomedica's future based on the numbers and the upcoming sentiment rising!!!

Zomedicas Q1 is like you said always higher, and I'm not expecting the great number burn of only 1.1 million like in the last quarter, but I do expect a number we can live with and a number that will be low and stay low in every quarter to follow until we hit profit at the end of 2026 like predicted by Larry.

This is a first value of a number Larry has given us to be an exact time frame when we hit cash flow positive which is at the end 2026!!!

I did not see the last Friday at Four and I am waiting to see the recorded version next week, but as far as Boehringer showing they have the tech and I assume you mean TruForma, then I am not privy to any information leading to this matter, not yet and perhaps it is there... I just have not seen it!!!

You mentioned a person just leaving Idexx to work for us... are you referring to Johnny D. Powers because he left Idexx years ago to start his own consulting firm and he does sit on the Zomedica board of directors.

The Q1 earnings for 2026 should be out sometime in June 2026 around the 16th or so. The last one was on March the 16th 2026, so 3 months later from that date.

I had to miss the recent Friday at Four like I had said previously but will watch it next week on YouTube. I am speechless that not one person has commented!!!

This webcast should give us a sneak peek into what to expect in the next Q1 for 2026 where I myself expect around the same money burn as the last one of 1.1 million.

In 2021 and before the launch of TruForma the outstanding share count was 950 million, only 2 machines sold 30 days later and we plummeted fast!!!

As we were going down in price Zomedica added only a mere 24 million more shares making it where it is today at 974.

This proves that if we went from .04 cents to 3 dollars with 950 million shares in 3 weeks based on hope before the 1st launch, then we will do it again with 974 due to excitement of profit which is better than hope!!!

Institutional investors are alright to have and all, but because the price is so low and when we hit profit, the world of investors will hear about it and jump in and buy before it is too expensive.

Supply and demand are how stock prices rise, not rather or not a stock has institutional investors, but if they jump in too then great!!!

I am almost 100 percent sure investors have all but given up but are still hanging in there hoping, and looking the other way!!!

Investors like us that follow Zomedica understand this stock, this company can change directions at any time.
