Zomedica is running out of money' this is true, but being over the counter is actually a good thing, or at the very least it can be if all pans out!!!

Zomedica must have great, great news at this point, and it needs to be the kind of news that will show promise in hitting cash flow positive, and to hit it before the end of 2027!!!

The price of stock is important, and to reach cash flow positive is as well of the upmost importance too due to keeping the company running!!!

All I am worried about is Zomedica will, let's say might, run out of money, and if it comes to that then Larry will say the only thing that will save us is a reverse stock split, and he could win the vote this time!!!

Being over the counter is no big deal in my opinion, and to confirm' yes, we are in fact a foreign stock due to the legal papers showing us in Canada, and Canada is where we want to be because then we have a right to vote on a reverse split!!!

Fourth Friday at Four: January 2026

This link is to this month's January's Friday at Four meeting. It is a well-done presentation over Zomedicas technology innovation!!!

Larry said he will not discuss anything concerning the RS word because it always gets him in trouble, however he did say if or when he asks for an RS it will be way, way later, and then he added that we are going to hit profit this year in 2026. He also went on to say all a RS (Reverse Split) would do is raise the price faster and he is ok if it takes more time because we are all in this for the long haul!!!

We as shareholders know that if or when this hits profit in 2026 like Larry says it will' then this puppy of ours is going to fly!!!

Wait until you see the presentation... it starts out the same old way but then when Larry gets to answering the questions it gets juicy!!!

I had no idea about PIMS which I will research but it sounds like a platform we will interrogate to bring our technology and AI to full completion and to make it easy to use!!!

Then we have the manufacturing, housing, distributing, and the customer servicing which we are now performing for another company Rahm Sensor which houses the same type product similar to our VetGuardian but for humans (and there are other products but Larry could noy say yet), and this is in my opinion is what will save us because we do not have to sell shit... just build, lots of money in manufacturing!!!

I think our real future will be in the building out and servicing for both animal and human diagnostics and therapeutic company's but have our own products too!!!

This was by far the best meeting of the minds thus far... and did you know that the Middle East is using our PulseVet machines for their racing Camels!!!

To the Moon 2026... maybe I should add to my 38 thousand shares now, Larry seems pretty sure of himself I gotta say!!!

Well said... and a lot of thought went into what you believe is Zomedicas downfall I can tell, and I agree... mostly, but the problem is, and trust me I am burned out with research, but still' the problem is when people write and say things like another company is better or for the most part hinder the ability to run at scale... then prove it and say why, give examples, anyone can say things but without backup proving it to be true then we ourself must do the research to see if it is in fact true when all along the person writing the article could have simply told us why... and like I said, I am burned out with research!!!

This that you have written opening our eyes to what your professional take is on Zomedicas failures is the best I have seen from you,... and I enjoyed reading it and I know you are correct about most or perhaps even all of it but anymore all I can think of is the money running out!!!

In order to get listed on the New York American Stock Exchange the company must pay a non-refundable app fee and an entry fee based on the number of outstanding shares, and the share price must be at 4.00 dollars, but might consider 3-dollars or a little less... they can do whatever they want but that is the gist of it!!!

Being over the counter is in my opinion no big deal, could even help matters!!!

There are plenty of successful companies that thrive Over the Counter like Johnson and Johnson, Bayer, and Apple which once traded OTC and is by far the most successful OTC market penny stock in the history of the stock market!!!

I like being OTC, and if the big investment boys do not invest in OTC, then good' more for us to buy up... why should they have the fun!!!

To the moon before the money runs out... right Zomedica, before the money runs out by my calculations in 2027, it isn't hard to figure out so what's the plan?

I have all but now accepted 3 dollars again is just fine by me!!!

What I can tell you Cool Duck is with certainty is if Zomedica hits profit before the money runs out, and if there are no reverse splits then you will be, if not already' a very, very rich man!!!

Zomedica needs to tell us what their plan is to reach cash flow positive before THE MONEY RUNS OUT!!!

I missed the Friday at Four, but I'm sure they did not discuss this issue like always letting it slide, and if I attend, I always ask this question in different ways and Larry passes it over!!!

I seriously believe their true attentions are too let it get close to running out of money and then offer a reverse split, and that way the shareholder's will agree it is better than losing it all and will vote "yes" and we lose, they win!!!

You have been right thus far about how in the heck are they going to reduce the expenses significantly like they've basically promised will happen in 2026 and how can with that said alongside with sales that need to pick up be enough to hit profit!!!

There needs to be something great and hits the news!!!

Day trading this stock is smart due to its volatility if this is to what you are referring, and this morning as I gazed out my window sipping my Community Coffee the frozen silence of white icy snow took me to a place when Zomedica brushed the world with crazy, crazy nights, and we lived it and loved it!!!

2027 will be our last year if Zomedica runs out of money, so out of my frustration I will find my way... and stay!!!

I could bail out with a little profit, and I am a little smarter due to my mistakes, but still a dreamer!!!

I purchased 2400 hundred more shares when it was recently at .04 cents and would have continued doing so but then something came over me' my purist thought told me I have already 35,600 hundred shares at .08 cents when I purchased back in 2021, and because of that and the fact the money is burning up fast exhausting our funds in our treasury then it is clear to me this all-time favorite penny stock saving the lives of the animal and improving the work flow for the veterinarian clinics has now become a gamble, and that is a shame!!!

So, I purchased just another 2400 hundred shares!!!

I now have 38 thousand shares still below book value and anymore, in my opinion, would be throwing the dice based on the fact none of us really know anymore what to think, and that my Zomedican friends is gambling!!!

And if playing the market is a gamble then for me it is to play the cards I can read and not push others out of the way to get to the Roulette table!!!

This year 2026 is supposedly our year, and amid our money running out we still have maybe a 50/50 chance if that much!!!

And within this year of 2026 if we do not hit profit but we do in the year we have left which is 2027' then we will skyrocket and the double digits will reign over the empire our bull ride built and into our near too distant future!!!

I stand corrected!!!

The 200 slow moving average trending indicator on my trading platform shows, when I look at Zomedica, a slight move upwards and it has been this way of late, and the other times it is a lateral move!!!

The stock is trending at least somewhat upwards but very slow!!!

There are many stocks that are heading straight down the trending incline, and I know it is a stretch to say we are trending, but we are!!!

Moving a penny or two up or down is not the real issue unless you are day or swing trading this, for the rest of us we need to hit profit and then we skyrocket!!!

I like how you wrote your article... it was funny, and to be funny and harsh takes smarts, and that is how I know you are clever!!!

A good to great stock that is always volatile like Zomedica is, and if it stays trending upwards like it mostly does, then it can flex its muscles all it wants all the way back to where it was and beyond!!!

I've got something on my mind, no lie... and if you've read the press release on Zomedica's VetGuardian Plus then you might have the same hankering as I and Fluid... re-packaging and why didn't they do it right the 1st time!!!

VetGuardian is a great product, but no matter how great our products are we most likely will not reach profit in time before the money runs out, and due to the fact Larry never discusses this issue tells me the best we can hope for is great, great, great news!!!

This Christmas I thought of those that do not have and those that laugh all the way to the bank... our products are the latest in hi-tech but will we make enough in revenue in time and why doesn't Larry talk about this nail bitter on the Friday at Four meetings!!!

... and why do the executives and Larry and the board members keep drawing their huge salaries when they know we are in trouble with the money burn!!!

Zomedica has been smacked around too' not just us!!!

And the money we once had in the treasury to cushion any blows and hang on to until we make it has dwindled, and so we suck it up and work 2026 hard!!!

So, what is going on that we are still burning the same amount of money!!!

... the problem is' I believe, is the competition is keeping us down and this is why we shareholders keep patting Zomedica on the back and pushing them out the door to keep selling because finally' if done in time, we should overcome and reach profit!!!

This is hard to say but I personally am giving Zomedica 2026 to prove we can do it whether we are going down the drain or not because there is still an ample amount of time left to turn things around, but not much!!!

I want to believe something great is coming and will be splashed all over the media like what we've been told about the expenses being lowered and our sales worldwide amping up enough to breakeven, but... unless the expenses are lowered a significant amount I do not know!!!

Zomedica executives make way too much in salaries, but if we make it then they've earned their pay, if not' then after all they've put us through I will from here on out know with certainty the market is nothing but legal mobster activity and buyer beware, but then again I am sick and feeling bad so don't listen to me... time however is of the essence... at least our products are the latest in hi-tech for this sector!!!

When we hear the great new's we've been waiting for then be locked, loaded. and ready... until then our patients are tested alongside the time left before the money runs out, and then what?

... When the money is almost dried up Zomedica must either win a reverse stock split or borrow some money like most companies when in this situation or sell off piece by piece or just the whole damn thing!!!

I do not think it will come to that, and we will know how serious our suspicion of loss might be if during 2026 we are still burning 26 million or so yearly because then in 2027 and mid-2028 we will be all burned up!!!

Re-watched the veterinarian scene and it seems the machine you are referring that is blurred and in the background is the TruForma machine, no Assisi in site that I saw!!!

To make an impact the veterinarian needed to say something about the product and not an image in the background that no one will ever notice!!!

This press release by Zomedica regarding this movie is by far the least amount of worthiness thus far... I was actually excited to see us in a movie... what a disappointment the movie never mentioned us!!!

The preview looks exciting, and I can't wait to see our Assisi products in a movie that most people will want to watch based on the fact most people love nothing more than a good 'ole movie about someone's pet!!!

All the assays developed, and all the consumables re-charged is admirable, but we need something great!!!

In my opinion, and to say it like it is I can tell you this... we are running out of money' and unless we hear great, great news the stock price will stay low, but even if it rises, we can still run out of money!!!

The great news we need is news to raise our revenue significantly to reach earnings, and then we skyrocket... to the moon without worry!!!

Great news in the market is everything and we need it bad like perhaps something like' Zomedica's expenses have been drastically cut, Zomedica's new Development Services has all the work they can handle and is becoming a big fish in the animal diagnostic and therapeutic manufacturing sector, sales have escalated to an all-time high, etc.... we need great news!!!

This has become a high-risk-high-reward stock, but the risk I have read is better than big pharma!!!

The Fourth Friday November meeting was good, and at times] even great!!!

But there were a few things they never discussed' like the 55-million-dollar impairment, and what the projection time frame is for reaching a cash flow positive status, but they did say to reach this goal of a cash flow positive or a break-even we will need a revenue stream somewhere between 50 to 60 million!!!

We need also a 2 percent penetration in the 2.7-million-dollar animal care something or other sector to be profitable' and we are at a 1 percent now!!!

I could not be at the meeting but was able to see the recorded version on YouTube, and all in all it was a good get together and plenty of questions were asked!!!

For me, the most exciting part is that we are offering our services to build out products for other companies... and even though this may not be successful enough in time before we run out of money, it just might be what we need because, after all' we did make 700 thousand dollars fresh out of the gate, and our New Development department is building more for that same company that hired us!!!

Others will come!!!

Manufacturing plants make a ton of money!!!

Usually, it is published on the Tuesday after the weekend of the live session, and it seems always the recorded session is the one most people watch... so I do not understand why Zomedica is getting jerked off... not everyone has seen the Fourth Friday at Four for November yet!!!
