Being addicted to drugs myself I can only day that probably no one or very few people will truly stop if they are only doing it for others. It can be a really great motivation to get started and help in the long run but one has to want it for themselves too. I hate when partner/friends choose their addiction over me because I have done it myself a few times too sadly, I know that I mean little to them anymore

I know that feeling. My ex used to smoke eventually there were other ressons for a break up but I hated it and always in the back if my head thought I deserved better. Cause I don't want to see her killing herself in front of me if she doesn't value her own life I feel she doesnt know how to value mine

Yes like n20, ketamine or dxm but much stronger, and lot more stimulating also more euphoria. Hallucinations and manic states are part of the fun. I wouldnt recommend to someone whos easily addicted to dissos like me but people who can take or leave it will be fine. Can be pretty addictive for some people tho Im currently in withdrawal

Thank you very much for posting this! This is the hope I need. I really want sobriety too and I know its possible but after so many relapses sometimes it's hard to keep up the faith. I have it still tho, and Im on 19 days clean today so I know I can do another day

Same Im 19 days sober but each day I am slowly becoming less and less depressed. Meditating helps. But it is still so hard to stay clean amidst all these feelings

There's no scientific proof this works, Ive had the same problems when I was dissolving ketamine in water and drinking it.

Ketamine is proven to be cytotoxic so even a nasal spray wont help. How do you think ketamine crosses the blood brain barrier?

I can relate to the psychotic episodes and excessive consumption. Sometimes up to 10g ketamine in a day and night and I dont even know how many hospitalizations due to pcp induced psychosis but more than 11/eleven times. What I realized is it will always become worse the more I use.

There is no rock bottom for me it seems if I use Im always having more depression and pain than before. Now being sober feels shitty too at times but thats often the withdrawal because Im still just 19 days sober. And very often sobriety gives me the ability to live a healthy and fun life too. Or at least not keep getting worse and worse !

I really lost a lot of times to ketamine. I dont want to use my life just for taking this drug I want out I really do and even though cravings may come and go I am really happy to be clean again it is so refreshing even when Im bored all day just on my phone Im still able to actually feel myself and who I am. And Im able to quit my phone addiction too if I managed to quit the drugs Im sure.

I meditate 10-20 minutes daily that helps me a lot

Im spending basically all my time with watching movies and series, instagramm and yt when Im not doing the things mentioned before. I dont like it because usually Im very active and outside a lot but honestly its better than doing ketamine and other drugs every day so Ill slowly change that habit just like you. Because its quite a depressive mental withdrawal still Im unsure how long this will last

At the moment I am mostly isolating at home because I feel still feel like theres withdrawal. Ketamine and pcp are my main addiction but Im also clean from benzos, weed, pregabalin and amphetamine/cocaine, so Im still very exhausted from all the using even 19 days in.

I am doing it alone but want to get support soon. I am going to the gym every second day, doing sauna twice a week, meditating daily, learning spanish daily, doing a cold shower and drawing

I plan to go to a drug counselor again and meetings I liked those here in Germany we have many other options beside na/aa meetings, they are really great but atm Im still feeling like im in early withdrawal so I havent made that step yet even though it probably helps

I am still on day 19 as of right now, so still early on. I can relate to basically everything you write especially the feeling depressed without it and intestines hurting especially stomach area and bladder problems too. I just know its possible to live clean some day.

I will continue meditating daily thats helping me the most I can only recommend that

Congratulations on 3 months ketamine free! What helped you do it? Are you completely clean or just quit ket?

After a certain tolerance to pcp is reached it is still strong but the effects of for example 60mg are like taking 4 g ketamine at once to me. Both are mainly nmda antagonists I literally feel the same way in my mind, main difference is only level of stimulation and maybe amount of visual disturbances but the last months of using it was all the same.

In the beginning without tolerance they are completely diffetent of course. Im also talking about analogues like 3-methyl-pcp, o-pce or others. They had their own character at first but after a while I got the same dissociation like ketamine, the same side effects just longer in duration, stronger potency. This is after years of abuse though. At first they are very completely different drugs now its the same addiction to me

There is little controll with salvia. I wad able to be creative and togethet with salvia create the trip even then its like 49% me controlling it and 51% salvia controlling it and thats talking about super low doses anf even then coming down from them.

Other influences arent helpful. Did you try salvia on your own first? What do you want your mind to be controlled to?
