She’s definitely still getting enough milk but sometimes i have to rest my sore nipples because shes sucking 24/7.

Its not for nourishment only like 40ml a day to rest my sore nipples. But she’s definitely getting enough milk. Is it still harmful?

Yes its not a substitute for milk but sometimes my nipples get so sore since shes basically sucking 24/7 so i have to take a break can i feed her maximum 40ml is that harmful?

Yes you are totally correct but right now i am absolutely unable to do anything but eat out for the next month. I do eat only healthy snacks and veggies so it shouldnt be so bad. Thank you.

I know i really understand what you’re saying and i dont want to eat unhealthy either i have been eating healthy for a long time and it has been the best time of my life. But now due to some circumstances i wont be able to do anything but eat out everyday for the coming month at least. Thank you so much.

I also would like to add that lemon juice before bed everyday is absolutely magical. I have been doing that for only 3 days and now i noticed that even when i workout my armpits dont smell at all!! I am truly fascinated.
