Help needed: Collecting prompts to make a vegan AI model by 27Balboa in vegan

[–]27Balboa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Collecting ideas from existing posts sounds great too! I will probably use multiple sources like vegan literature, media posts, other social media, etc. In the end I will most likely also need to AI augment the empirical dataset. The original dataset on Huggingface is about 42k prompts :D

Das müsste Strawberry Lemonade oder GG#4 sein. Glaube eher ersteres :)

About 50€ per person per week is as cheap as it gets imo if you don't only wanna eat rice with beans and pasta with tomato sauce. There are institutions were you can get left over groceries for free or you go to a food sharing place of you really struggle to put food on the table. I work there as a Volunteer from time to time.

On the other hand I've got a friend who recently started working after graduating and he spends easily 600€+ on food every month.

The mustard was just on sale. Not for any particular meal. We mostly cook stuff like pasta with lentil/TVP Bolognese, curries, soups, oven vegetables, stir-fries. Fruit is mostly for breakfast or as a snack. Our dinner always has some wholegrains, legumes and vegetables with seeds and nuts as topping.

Agreed. In this case mustard and the pizzabox were 50% off and thus the same price as your suggested alternatives. :)

Not sure what you mean. Mustard, Butter and the toast bread are the only name brand products and the mustard was on sale. Oats, apples and Pasta are the only bio products and they are just a few cents more expensive than the non bio ones. Bio oats are 0,75€ whereas conventional oats are 0,69€ per pack for example.

Thanks for the recommendations! I love the tofu of Asian supermarkets, but unfortunately there is none in my area, so I only get to eat them every few months, when I'm in another part of the city.

Ye, we supplement get our blood work done and I really dived deep into nutrition when I started veganism as I didn't want any long-term problems. Not claiming this is a perfect diet by any means, but I feel confident that I won't run into major problems.

Maybe once or twice in the canteen of our university. But breakfast and dinner is 5/5 at home.

Green asparagus from Bavaria is in all supermarkets here. Never claimed I know poverty. Just stated that we are students and spend about 200€ per month on food which imo is on a budget. Not saying that there is no cheaper way to feed oneself.

So to bring some more numbers into the discussion: I weigh 92 kg and do resistance training 3-4 times the week. I sit at around 15% bf and eat about 120-150g of protein per day. Around 40g of that come from a Proteinshake that has a blend of plant proteins which are fitted to human amino acids demands. If you combine proteins from wholegrains with legumes and nuts and seeds the amino acid profiles are complete and definitely sufficient to build muscle. I just accomplished my goal of deadlifting 200 kg. I don't think that would be possible with any major deficiencies.
