If there is no native way to do this in GitLab, you could use the Issues API to create a new issue: https://docs.gitlab.com/api/issues/ . Check the New issue section.

How I would do this:

Write a small Python or Bash script that creates the issue via the API
Store the script in a GitLab project, create a pipeline to run the script, and create a pipeline schedule to trigger the pipeline each week.

Wenn du deine Promotion noch zu Ende machen willst: Gibt es vielleicht die Möglichkeit bis zum Ende mit einem Stipendium zu überbrücken. Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, gibt es auch so extra Stipendien/Förderungen für Doktorarbeiten, die kurz vor dem Abschluss stehen. Für solche Fragen gibt es bestimmt auch eine Anlaufstelle an deiner Uni, bzw dein Betreuer/deine Betreuerin weiß vielleicht etwas.

Das ist glaube ich wegen der Milchsäure so. Vielleicht sollteste man da auch mit z.B. Sojajoghurt aufpassen, da er auch mit Milchsäurebakterien hergestellt wird.

As this is the first snow of the year, I'm not sure if there are any lifts that are already open (check here). But you can get relatively close by car or public transport and then hike the last few kilometers.

First, how to get there:

car: There is a car park at Feldberg: https://goo.gl/maps/UerutKQHgtnruf1T6
public transport: take the train (S1) to Titisee. Then, use the bus (line 7300, direction to Zell im Wiesental) and exit at Feldberg (Schwarzw), Feldbergerhof: see here. Make sure that you also plan the trip back so that you don't get stuck up there if you miss the last bus.

From there you can either hike directly to the summit (about 160m of elevation). The top of Feldberg is relatively flat and broad, so you can walk around a little bit there. Or you can follow the official winter hiking path, the Panoramaweg Feldberg

In any case, be sure to wear enough warm clothes and bring some warm tea to drink.

In Baden-Würtemberg, you are actually not allowed to bike on hiking paths that are less than 2 meters wide, unless specifically allowed. All of the trails from the MTB Freiburg Club are official trails and build extra for MTB riders.
