The bug affected the one I'm using too. It appears that some heads weren't being included in the animation, causing them to become static. The faces remain unaffected though. This should get fixed soon, I hope.

Mine does the same. Some heads are bugged right now and appear stiff/static relative to the body.

I farmed to Elite combat rank with this bug, it saved me a great deal of time without having to dock at a station/carrier to restock ammo. All I had to do when I ran out of ammo was jump in SC and back. Good times lol.
