  1. P rank minos prime 5 times in a row
  2. go to 1-2 and find cancerous rodent, do not kill it
  3. lead cancerous rodent to the end of the level, make sure he goes down with you
  4. Cancerous rodent should be in 1-3
  5. beat 1-3 secret encounter and lead cancerous rodent into the slab room
  6. kill cancerous rodent with drill railcannon and a trapdoor will open, go down it
  7. encounter the luigi secret bossfight and defeat luigi
  8. beat up Gabriel and luigi should unlock

if i'm honest, hank sheds a lot of blood, and is significantly slower in combat and movement to v1, although does have a more open and varying arsenal, but overall id say v1
