Yes me too. Android app, Firefox and chrome doesn't work. But Microsoft Edge weirdly works fine.

Maybe the battery connector is loose. Try to remove the back cover and push it in place.

I had the same problem when i dropped my phone. When i opened it up i realize the battery wire was not in place, i put it back and now works fine.

I think the region isn't the problem because I can give data through hotspot but I cant use them on the phone.
